HMI installed 42 fan coil units with heat pumps for all apartments with all associated ductwork, grilles, and diffusers. The design had one roof-mounted makeup air unit with energy recovery. This project also had 1 ducted horizontal fan coil unit, 3 ductless wall-mounted fan coil units, and 2 ceiling-mounted cassette units. Each of these units were wired into their own individual thermostats.
