Hampton Mechanical was founded in 1989 as a small, family-run business. Jason Boyd, now Owner and President, began working alongside his grandfather and father at an early age. In 2005, at just 25 years old, Jason acquired his 1st 25% ownership. By 2016, Jason became sole owner after his parents, Phil and Debra Boyd, retired. Today, Jason is proud to continue the company’s deep family roots with his daughter Abby Boyd recently joining Hampton Mechanical as a fourth-generation member of the team.
Under Jason’s leadership, Hampton Mechanical has grown significantly; from a small team of a few employees, to today, employing nearly 80 dedicated staff members and growing. Generating over $25 million in annual business, Jason takes great pride in the fact that many employees have since recruited their own family members to the company, reinforcing the close-knit, family-driven culture that has always been at the heart of Hampton Mechanical.
Looking to the future, Jason hopes to grow the team to over 100 employees, continuing to serve the businesses and families in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia.
