Dwayne has 27 years of experience in the construction industry. He began his career with a Mechanical Construction firm in Pittsburgh as a Sheet Metal Trade Estimator. He began managing projects from $5,000 to $10,000,000 dollars in 2005, while still estimating. Dwayne also studied engineering at The University of Pittsburgh while working. His strong work ethic and communication skills, along with his ability to foresee project issues and communicate them to coordinate and control projects and estimates, allows him the ability to avoid timely and costly mistakes. Dwayne's goal is to communicate with professionals and tradespeople making coordination of roles seamless with every estimate or project in which he is involved.
